Hungry? Let’s Eat!

Lunch & Dinner Catering

I think I’ve kept y’all waiting long enough! I am excited to announce that we’ve finished renovating our kitchen and it is beautiful & functional. I am so thrilled with it! That means I am ready to cook again. While I am not quite ready to operate under “to-go” I am ready to cater anything from an office lunch, a family dinner, to a full blown event. This week I’ll spend my time creating private catering menus you’ll be able to pick from as well as sheet pan catering you can just pick up too or we can deliver!

Weekends are usually booked with wedding, rehearsal dinner, birthday, & corporate catering so I may not be able to cater lunch or dinner for smaller settings then – but do feel free to reach out!

I’ve decided to branch out a bit too. While my main focus will always be authentic German cuisine, I’ve spent a lot of time helping clients with health catering too. I’ll explain that more further down.

From Scratch, With Love

My promise holds always. Every dish I cook is made from scratch, with wholesome, fresh, and if possible, organic ingredients. I do my best to stay away from processed foods, additives, and anything else I wouldn’t want to feed my family. That’s why I’m not the cheapest, or quickest, but I can guarantee what’s in my food. Food you’ll love, flavors you’ll enjoy, and in the end, worry free.

Farm to table, scratch made, custom ordered, and imported. I know what’s in my food! Whether you’re one of my healthy catering clients or dinner catering members, or big event clients, I want to make sure you get the best of the best. Food is an experience, it’s nourishment for you body & soul, it’s comfort, it creates memories, conversation starters, and bonds. Let me create an experience for you. Don’t see a dish you’d love? Reach out and let’s talk.

PS: To the right you see “Creamed Spinach, Sunny Side Up Eggs, and Fried Potatoes” a dish I grew up with, served at the trailer and recently found out is also served by Wolfgang Puck at his flagship restaurant. So what are you waiting for?!

No Job Is Too Small

I hope you don’t think I was joking. I’ve learned that when we say catering, people associate it with big events, lots of people, and even kinda formal or expensive. But why can’t I cater your dinner? I private chef events all the time too. Want to have your romantic dinner catered with your spouse – no problem! Pick a dish and I can either deliver it, you can pick it up, or we can arrange a private chef evening and really make it amazing.
Don’t have time to cook dinner for the family? Let me help and cater dinner for you! Need regular dinner catering – no problem, let’s talk about it and create a delicious menu you’ll love.
Dinner club with friends? Heck yeah let’s host that & I’ll cater that too. Sunday lunch with the extended family – I’d love to cater that.

Health Catering

Yes, that’s a thing! A growing number of families & individuals are making the jump to real, healthy food. But not everyone has time or energy, or even the know how to really make it right. Whether you are following the keto life, a low card diet, or simply non processed healthy farm to table, I can help. Healthy food does not have to be bland, boring, and gross. It’s colorful, delicious, and packed with flavor and nutrition. Clean eating is a big part of our Salty German life and we want to help you eat better. Healthy Catering is similar to meal prepping and you have the choice of picking up once a week or have two meals a week catered. And yes, we can make a lot of this German! So what are you waiting for? Let’s talk!

SO .. What’s on your catering menu?

Glad you asked! Most of my German dishes will remain on the menu like Schnitzel, Spätzle, Cucumber Salad, Sauerkraut, Green Bean Salad, German Potato Salad, Mixed Salad, Bratwurst, Rouladen, Cabbage Rolls, Curry Wurst, and some new things like Creamed Spinach, Fried Potatoes, Chicken Frikassee, Pfannkuchen, Kartoffelpuffer, Semolina Patties, and more! We’ll even dabble in some European & Asian dishes like Lasagne (I make an incredibly delicious one), Gnocchi, Gulasch, Mongolian Stir Fry, and more!

As always, I am open to customizing your menu to suit your needs and wants. I do reserve the right to decline anything I am not familiar with or feel I can properly accomplish. I know what I am good at and want to stick to that for your sake and mine! That being said, if you want BBQ – I’ll refer you to Creekside Cookers here in Wimberley – because seriously, the best. If you want Iranian/Persian, I know the best hole in the wall place in Austin, craving something different – try Gourdough’s in Austin, want Mexican – well I am sorry, I get the best Mexican food right here in town from our best friends mom and I won’t share her haha.

Hungry yet? Get in touch and on the list – we can only accommodate catering a certain amount of meals and I’d hate for you to not make it when you want! First 20 get a 10% discount if you mention this post . Why? Well, you’re a superfan if you read all the way through and I might even throw in a dessert for your first order!
